With over 25 years as an Associate Broker, John Hanson has proven himself as a fierce negotiator with a reputation of smooth, successful transitions for his clients all over West Michigan.
From Lakefront and luxury homes to ranches and sportsman's lodges, John guides his clients through the process of inspections and provides sources for local experts in construction, zoning, survey and environmental.
Known as a leader in the Hospitality and Commercial market, his years of specialized training and first-hand experience owning and operating lakefront homes, Motel/Resorts, multi-unit rental properties, land development and commercial leases have provided him the knowledge and skill set to overcome any challenges his clients may encounter.
John’s hard work ethics have also served the community through his contributions to township planning committees, Habitat For Humanity, and as a youth soccer coach. He currently enjoys volunteering for area festivals, the Ludington Boat Club fundraisers for Hospice and with the Finn and Feather Sportsman's Club training and raising awareness for the next generation of sportsmen.
