Welcome to historic 362 W. Muskegon Avenue in downtown Muskegon. Uniquely coined ''The Lion House'' by many. Watched by citizens of Muskegon for the past 17 years as current owners meticulously remodeled the once condemned home. In 2004, the decision was made to move the home from its original site on Pine Street, to its current location on Muskegon Ave. After renovations were completed in 2006, it was awarded status of Muskegon Heritage Home along with the associated plaque. Displayed in the professionally landscaped yard: 75 arborvitaes forming a 20' tall privacy fence, Zen garden, 18 year old Japanese Maple tree, winding paths, 2 connecting ponds, and over 1,000 planted flowers.
